These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Loven Group B.V. and its affiliated platforms, including but not limited to Huurmarkt, AllFoundries, and other current or future ventures (collectively, "Loven Group", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Definitions

• User — any individual or entity accessing or using our platforms or services.
• Services — all products, platforms, applications, and services offered by Loven Group and its affiliated ventures.
• Agreement — the contractual relationship between the User and Loven Group, governed by these terms.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of our services and all agreements between the User and Loven Group. By accessing or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

3. Services

We strive to provide reliable and accurate services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Loven Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Third-Party Services

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
